Those who are looking for guidance, accountability, or are just interested in life changes, both physical, emotional, and behavioral could benefit from health coaching.
Tara’s personal belief is that a Health Coach should be the first person that you consult in your health and wellness journey. Our health is holistic, a complete system that includes our physical wellbeing, stress, relationships, financial, habits, spiritual beliefs, and so on. To better your life is more broad than just fixing a headache or mending a broken bone, getting our bloodwork to an acceptable level. Of course those are important, and critical to health. Tara believes that first you must define who you are, where you are, what you want, and create a plan to get there. That is where a health coach comes in!

Let’s take things slow and begin with a health history where we go through where you are in your physical and mental health as well as what your goals are.
After we see if Coach and Client are compatible, then Client will pick the program that works best.

Making changes in life is not easy and putting a price tag on something that feels so far off or even daunting can be a difficult decision. REFINE
The definition of refine states: “with impurities or unwanted elements having been removed by processing, elegant and cultured appearance, manner, or taste, and developed or improved so as to be precise or subtle.”
Once we (re)define what we want for our lives, including relationships, finances, health, environment, etc. then we can refine our lives to our definition. And if we are living our lives by our definition, we become stronger. And when we are stronger, we can help those around us as well.
(RE)DEFINE
There are many aspects of life from relationships to finance to health to spirituality, and beyond. Part of knowing where we are going is knowing where we are. Acknowledging where we currently stand and then deciding what we want, where we want to go. If you know the destination, you can gather the tools to get there. But first, you must DEFINE what it is that you want and need. If you are not where you want to be, you must redefine. (RE)define because if you already had the correct definition, you would already be there;)
